My box of STEAM

The Erasmus+ project “My Box of STEAM” offers an innovative approach to STEM education that incorporates storytelling and hands-on learning to engage elementary school pupils. 36 educational boxes were created, covering a wide range of STEAM topics such as Air, Sciences in the kitchen, Solar energy, basic arithmetic, etc. These boxes let students explore scientific concepts in an interactive and interdisciplinary way. The boxes include structured lesson plans, storytelling elements, and hands-on activities to encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The incorporation of storytelling in STEM education aims to make complex concepts more relatable, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and emotional engagement, ultimately creating a more immersive learning experience

By using an integrated, multi-disciplinary approach and inquiry-based learning, My Box Of STEAM aims to foster critical thinking and promote inclusion and diversity. The project aims to make STEM more accessible and enjoyable, especially for underrepresented groups such as girls and students with learning difficulties.
