SMEM Lab

The Erasmus+ project SMEMLab (Significant Mathematics for Early Mathematicians) aims to transform the way young children learn mathematics from the moment they start school. Focusing on engagement and discovery, SMEMLab seeks to make fundamental mathematical concepts accessible and engaging.

This ambitious project brings together mathematical museums and educational establishments from several European countries, encouraging an exchange of knowledge and best practices.

The project is developing a small hybrid exhibition and a handbook that will combine online and offline exhibits through playful and experiential activities.
